"We believe your privacy matters."

Lil' Clucks is designed for children and families, but our interactive services are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been submitted by a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

When an adult joins our mailing list, contacts us, or makes a purchase, we may collect information such as name, email address, message content, billing and shipping information, and order details. Payment information is processed by our payment service providers; Lil' Clucks does not need to store full payment-card numbers. We may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, cookies, and basic website usage information.

Purchases through the Lil' Clucks website are intended to be completed by a parent, guardian, or other adult customer. Information provided during checkout is used to process payment, fulfill and ship the order, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and provide requested services, including with companies that provide payment processing, ecommerce services, merchandise production and fulfillment, shipping, website hosting and security, email subscriptions, and analytics. These may include WooCommerce and WooPayments, Printify, Jetpack/Automattic, shipping carriers, and other service providers involved in operating Lil' Clucks or completing an order.

Lil' Clucks and its service providers may use cookies, similar technologies, and basic analytics to operate the website, maintain security, remember necessary preferences, understand general site usage, and improve the site. These technologies may collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and pages visited. We do not use this information to knowingly build behavioral profiles of children.
